Opening Glass Wall Systems

An opening glass wall compliments a variety of furnishings and décor to complete a pleasant and functional space. It is the solution if you want a light-weight glazing system without vertical sashes.

An opening glass wall will transform an outdoor area into a multipurpose space and provide new opportunities for modifying the use of spaces.

A restaurant can find new uses for its terrace or it could partition indoor premises without making the space feel dark and confined.

An office space can be divided with glass wall partitions to allow individual areas without having to involve major alterations.

A hotel or leisure centre may benefit from the clear visibility from area to area but yet divided and where flexibility is required.

The glass panes take up little space when folded away due to its elegant and simplified design. The components and design details inherited create a stylish product that is easy and comfortable to use. Cleaning is made easy as the glass panes can be completely opened inwards.

The opening glass wall consists of two horizontal aluminium profiles, one of which is attached to the ceiling and the other on the floor. The toughened glass panes either 8, 10 or 12mm are attached to the profiles through separate mechanisms which allow the panes to slide and turn.

The first glass is opened by turning the handle. The glass can be locked in the ventilation position. Other glass panes slide and turn. When they turn, the hinges lock together. This way the panes can be opened completely. In L and U-shaped balconies, the glass panes can be moved past +90° to 180° corners. The aluminium parts are polyester powdercoated to selected RAL colours.
